Hardee's - Bettendorf

Our order was mostly incorrect and the chicken strips resembled crumbs from fried chicken. When I spoke to the manager, she continuously blamed the delivery service and did not fix our order. We will not be patronizing this Hardee's again.

They keep closing the Hardee's around me in Wisconsin, so on a recent trip, it was great to be able to stop here for lunch. Friendly and quick service, delicious burgers(just as I remember), and a clean restaurant. I highly recommend this location!

Got waited on right away. Requested well done extra crispy even burnt bacon on the burger. I got the burger and bacon was mushy and rubbery. Music in dining room too loud and not really right for a dinning area. The place was clean and staff were nice. Overall 2.5 stars out of 5

I was incredibly impressed with the breakfast sandwich I ordered. I have had my fair share of sandwiches, but this one was exceptional. I chose the double sausage biscuit, which was served hot, fresh, and the biscuit was perfectly cooked. Despite it being considered fast food and the freezing cold weather outside, the most important thing at that moment was a hot breakfast, and they delivered. The parking situation at the State St entrance was chaotic, and the layout of the restaurant was a bit strange, but it all somehow worked out.

I went to the restaurant to redeem some points and order additional food. Unfortunately, I was unable to use my points. Disappointing experience.
