Bidra med feedbackEverything is top notch at Lawry's. Lawry's Cut Prime Rib Dinner medium rare with salad and mashed potatoes, extra sides like asparagus, kale with bacon, brussel sprouts, and truffle mac and cheese. Only slight negative was the Baked Alaska dessert was just ok. Service is great. Overall it's pricey but worth it for special occasions.
LOVELY INSTITUTION My Oma always brought me here as a kid and young adult so it brings back fond memories to dine here with my own teenage kids. My husband, teens, and I dined early on a Friday evening in one of their beautiful round booths that overlooks their gorgeous main dining room. The restaurant and bathrooms were spotless. My kids felt pampered by the staff here and we had a fantastic dining experience overall. We had two servers who seemed to not communicate well with each other resulting in some fumbly, albeit friendly, service. Valet parking is a steal for $11 in Beverly Hills. Joaquin delivered impeccable bussing/water service throughout our evening. The seafood tower was very good and they even brought me drawn butter for the crab. We love the thriftiness of the full prime rib dinner and fancy the English cut over the Lawry’s or California cuts. The meat was perfectly seasoned and we really liked the included items with the meal. Definitely pass on the creamed spinach, as it was not the side dish I usually adore at other spots. Other than HOPR in San Francisco, this is the best prime rib spot in California.
