Bertucci's Beverly

I highly recommend SoBol Beverly for their amazing acai bowls! The fruit is fresh and delicious, and the shop is clean with friendly staff. I love that they are willing to customize the bowl to my taste (no bananas) and that it is gluten-free. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I love this place so much that it is my fav. the pizza is only if you know what I mean.

Two stars, because the pizza and the rolls are still very good, even if they have to wait forever to get them. unfortunately it takes longer.

I am sad, reasons: 1) I do not want to give bad reviews during this terrible time for restaurants. 2) my dinner is sucked. positiw: kurbside was fast and easy.

After making a reservation on OpenTable because there were 7 of us, we arrived and they seemed surprised that we were there. The host, who I am not sure if he was the manager, never welcomed us but just looked at us and we were not even sure if he worked there-that's how awkward it was. After being seated, we ordered drinks, which took over 15 minutes to be served. We ordered food and it was nice that they asked if we wanted to be served all at the same time but I think this caused a problem with the food because the chicken wings weren't warm, the salad was wilted, and the tortellini was toasted on the bottom of the dish making it hard to eat. The service was so slow that we had to go say something about being served faster because we were headed to a show at NSMT. It was a pricy night for not having exceptional service and the food was just ok. We are hoping our next visit will be better!
