Graeter's Ice Cream - Bexley

Lovely place to get ice cream. Would have liked more brownie in the dark chocolate brownie, but it was still delish. Restrooms were clean, and the staff were kind.

My ice cream was ok, but it was a bit like frozen milk rather than a smooth, sweet ice cream. It just didn't have a sweet taste to it. The sweetness it did have came from the chocolate chips and cookie dough that was in it. Plus, when it melted, it was very runny, not creamy like a good ice cream. Johnson's ice cream is down a few blocks, and they have much better ice cream. We only came to Graeter's in the first place because the line was way shorter (but I see why now). Graeter's is more expensive too! So, I recommend going a few more blocks down the street, and wait in the line, because Johnson's ice cream tastes better, and its cheaper.

Wonderful experience at this Graeter's location today. Brought a small group here and the employee working was very polite and helpful. Everyone got exactly what they wanted and it was delicious!

I LOVE Graeter?s ice cream, and am never disappointed there. But? today I walk into the Bexley location, it smells horrible. No clue if it was the bathroom, something in the back spoiling, but incredibly unappetizing. I decide to go ahead and order, I?ll be out of the smell quickly. Place my order?. L O N G pause, oh, I can?t get in the cooler for that flavor. Young man stands and stares. Settle on a flavor, he goes to making my order. I decide to purchase my husband a hat, he loves hats. Sign says $10.95. Guy at counter hands me my milk shake, which has ice cream running down the side, rings up hat for $12.95. I point to the sign, he says oh, that must be the price for the old hats. Ok, so will you honor that price? No, I can?t do anything, and it?s not my fault. Starts complaining about management? Yuck, not the way I wanted to start my afternoon. Very, very disappointing.

I had the vanilla and pumpkin ice cream and it was very good. The prices are about like getting a coffee at Starbucks, so fairly good for ice cream of this quality. It was very good and very thick. Excellent quality for the price. The customer service was also fantastic as well.
