What is that? I and my sister waited for minutes for our communicando, what was late, they said they came and our drops came to what a schnapps healthier! we had tried to call the restaurant, but no one would pick up? we were stressed for a few minutes. think twice before ordering

We have tried to take away some Chinese spots near dartford. if they are after the best and really delicious crispy cold shredded bark meat, this is the point! never chew!

I don't even live close, but as I find this amazing takeaway, I always make sure I pay it to a visit when I'm in the opposite. eating is very good in the whole environment (I have ordered many things and enjoyed each of them) and the staff are very friendly. highly recommended.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant and wanted to share my experience with their service. Unfortunately, I am unable to review the food itself as I did not end up eating it. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order to arrive, even calling the restaurant to inquire about its whereabouts. When the £21 worth of Chinese food finally arrived, I found that the chips were lukewarm, the chicken and ribs were almost cold, and the crispy duck had become soggy due to the low temperature. I called the restaurant to address these issues and was met with a dismissive response from the person on the phone. They offered to send a new order, but I declined as I did not want to wait longer. I was then instructed to return the food in its containers, which seemed odd to me. The delivery driver acknowledged that the food was cold and mentioned that it had been left out for him to collect, explaining why it arrived less than piping hot. This contradicted what I was told earlier by another staff member. I am disappointed that the food was not only late but also cold, to the point where the BBQ rib sauce was beginning to congeal. Additionally, I was informed that I would have to wait for a refund. When ordering a takeaway, one expects the food to be hot and delivered on time. In this case, neither of these expectations were met. In conclusion, I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant if you expect prompt and hot delivery. The driver, however, was apologetic and did his best to rectify the situation.
