Subway - Bharatpur

Came in on Monday, March 4th, 2024, to get lunch for my dad after his doctor appointment. I came in after my dad because I logged into my subway MVP Rewards. I ordered my ham and turkey sub while dads sub was made. When it came time to pay, I helped my dad pay with his debit card. Before cashing out, there was a tip option. I hit zero because dad doesn 't understand at his age of 75. So I was gonna personally give a cash tip. And when did they start having tips on food at places like the subway? And since there was no tip, the gentleman said, "Thanks for nothing! "First of all, I would have left one, but then you opened your mouth. So that resulted in a loss of tip. Secondly, you don 't understand where I 'm at with my dad leaving his cardiologist appointment. And to come into a place to order food. This attitude you have wasn 't pleasing. I rarely come to Subway and won 't be returning for this reason.I called Monday twice and on Tuesday as well. No answer. I called corporate, but they want you to do everything online. This I can handle because I just won 't come around here anymore. But I 'm posting to warn others.Your words and mouth can mess up everything. I always tip because I worked as a server through college. Many times, I didn 't get tipped or a verbal tip. And be more welcoming as customers come in, and maybe they will be more inclined to tip.Don 't you get paid an hourly rate?? The manager and other elites need to address this promptly to this guy. What if I were the area director and now you may lose your job because you can 't control your words. Some people don 't know about tipping or have extra money to do so because of a thing called fixed income. And I could have said something directly to you, but no, I can let your bosses handle you and this situation.Won 't return and telling family/friends as well.

The only problem I've had with this location is that the last visit wasn't good ? I left because they were out of shredded cheese and lettuce something that I've gotta have on my sub as well as tomatoes smh.

Good Subway location. Fresh bread, good meats. They make some tasty tuna! We really enjoyed the footlong cookie they have on the menu right now.Was surprised to find they start closing down this location at 8:00 even though it doesn’t close till 10. They start putting ingredients away pretty early so if you want meatballs…come early.

They do not respect the drivers' time, I took an order from this place, I was late for the collection because the traffic was blocked and even then my order was not ready, the girl told me that I had to first serve six people who were in the store and then I would place my order, what a lack of respect!

Absolutely the very worst sub I have ever had in my life. I’ve eaten probably 50 pizza subs at subways throughout the past 10 years and this place for whatever reason served me the biggest piece of hot garbage I’ve ever seen. I got a foot long piece of bread with 3 slices of pepperoni (not kidding and I paid for extra meat), cheese that covers literally 20% of the bread surface, and the sauce looks like a distant blood spatter. That’s it. It’s so bad and pathetic. Sent pictures to main subway corp on this one. This was a scam at best.
