Greggs - Bicester

On the 31st July at around 1800, I grabbed a cheese and onion bake for my wife. She ate it quickly as we have a baby to look after. She said the bake was disgusting and she felt sick. Since then she has been down with poisoning, severe weakness and vomiting, with a bit of diarrhoea. She said that it tasted cold and undercooked. Surely a chain like Greggs has processes that make the preparation and storage of their food almost automatic. Judging by the other reviews, it looks like this branch might be suffering from laziness or even malice amongst some staff members. Greggs, sort it out please.

Poor show here this morning very slow service queued for near half an hour to be served and in that time not all breakfast offers available could of had two lots cooked off in that time cheese and bacon wraps missing only got put in oven when nearly at serving point staff very slow and no one in control of what's going on bad show for a Sunday!!!!

I waited 20 minutes in line to receive a cold sausage roll and a lukewarm pasty.

The service is as slow as a snail, and the place doesn't exactly look inviting either. Is there a snail working at Greggs? Wow.

There was a really long line with only one person serving customers. I wasn't able to use the app because they said it was causing the registers to crash and wasn't functioning properly. This has been the worst Greggs experience I've ever had.
