Bistro Regent - Bidart

Very friendly and welcoming staff especially during the COVID crisis. eating is simple, but really well cooked.

We came to dinner after a long day of travel. good food, friendly, attentive service, welcoming. very reasonable. an excellent local option if in bidart.

On a recent trip to bidart, france, we needed a place to eat after a long day trip. not too many possibilities in the opposite and many restaurants close early. not the case with this bistro and we were pleased to find it full of patrons and still food after pm. the menu is simple, but delightful. they have laughs, steaks and ducks, but what really impressed me was the salat. not because it contained dozens of ingredients, but because it was simply the best salate I ever tasted with a small olive oil and vinegar. since I was not terribly hungry, I literally sung on and salat while my partner had the laughs with fries. the service was excellent and efficient and the beer was nice and cold. we really enjoyed this unique bistro and would definitely return here at our next visit.
