Beautiful caffe near the main railway station in the center of biel. residence also from local and tourist. the best is regina, which takes care of all guests very quickly and perfectly. high esteem regina!
This place takes you down memory lane....dark red velvet upholstering...a theatrical atmospher where you can enjoy a drink or two and a nice meal. Excellent staff and nice clients as well.
