Central location, always well visited and one of the best addressed for a restaurant visit in bielefeld. the classic there is the original white calf carving with bratkartoffeln. but depending on the season, the berliner leber or skrei is also recommended. with love prepared and the service is always nice, courtesy and quick. the ambiente is very cozy and welcoming. important: you should reserve in any case, as the restaurant is well visited (e.g. via open table).

Very good kitchen and top service at the highest level. loose ambiente is however something else. who doesn't like that is not well-resolved. I like it
