Very pleasant place, located in a wonderful corner of Biella Piazzo... Piazza della Cisterna... tables with umbrellas in the square, tables under the porch... very nice inside too. Here the friendliness is at home. From managers to staff, only friendliness, care, skill and family attention... Excellent ice creams, coffee, toasts and brioches.. we have to go back to taste the legendary salt crêpe... Last Saturday we arrived late...

Very nice place. Hot chocolate good but little. Ice cream is also good but yesterday to us instead of making us pay an ice cream made us pay two. So wagons.

I'm sorry to put a low review, but we asked for 2 shaken coffees with little pumpkin, a Sprite and two granite. The coffees were too sugary and little shaken and the Sprite at room temperature. We recovered this with a glass full of ice. The coffees would have remade them, but they preferred not: the shake was almost nonexistent. Honestly, I was expecting them not to be charged, and instead one yes. A local that showed little professionalism and attention to customers.
