Russells On The Lake - Big Lake

We have been dining at Russell's for 30 years and have consistently enjoyed wonderful food and excellent service. However, our most recent visit was very disappointing. The service was poor and the food was even worse. The prime rib was tough and gristly, the broiled shrimp was dried out, the baked potato was barely warm, and the sirloin filet was also tough. Unfortunately, it will no longer be our restaurant of choice in the future. It's a sad change.

We have been dining at Russell's for 30 years and have consistently enjoyed wonderful food and excellent service—until our recent visit. Unfortunately, the service was terrible, and the food was even worse. The prime rib was tough and full of gristle, the broiled shrimp were dried out and almost crunchy, the baked potato was barely warm, and the sirloin filet was tough as well. Regrettably, it will no longer be our restaurant of choice in the future. It's disappointing.
