Smelled likeca sewer. The tea was terrible. Tasted like dirt. My friend ordered a salad with onions extra ranch. The brought the wrong salad first. Never got the onions. Never got the extra ranch that cost $0.89. I took my tea back and asked for the cup to be rinsed, then change to dp. She didn't rinse the cup. So I got dp with a dirt tea taste. Pathetic customer service. If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate! Service: Dine in

This particular McAlisters is a whole joke. The people who are employed here do NOT want to do their job, much less be at work. I ordered 2 kids toastie 's, ham and cheese. They came out just cheese and the woman who took my order looked at me like I was crazy when I told her they were wrong. The phone was ringing the ENTIRE time we were there. Absolutely no one had a smile on their face in this place. ALL 2 of the employees make you feel like you are absolutely not welcome, as soon as you enter! Also, they should tell you that drinks are NOT INCLUDED with a meal . And that a large is $4.

This place has amazing food, the staff is great and the order by the app is the easiest way to order, pick up and get home. The orders are filled quickly, the pick-up time is fast and the orders are always correct. Great staff!
