Bidra med feedbackAte here today (9/26/15 for the first time. The food was really good and our service was great. We were greeted immediately upon entering. The restaurant was clean. My meal was just over 15 and that was a breakfast skillet (with two additional items not already included in the price, two drinks, and an appetizer . In addition the regular menu, our waitress brought us the specials menu which had even cheaper options. I love that they are open 24 hours and that they serve breakfast all day. I'll definitely be back. One note about this page....the cost scale (the needs to be changed. The most expensive item on the menu is 9.99 and those are the items with steaks. Updating that will greatly help potential customers who are looking for somewhere to eat and are choosing based upon costs.
Found the food very good. Had the Coal Miner's breakfast very, very good. Friendly staff and good service. Would recommend this place to all that's in the area. Will be back next year. K. Walters (INDY)
The service is slow and the food is pretty expensive. It wouldn't be my first choice for food in the area. The decorations are tacky.
It's no longer here; it's now a Huddle House. Wise, Norton, and Big Stone Gap are seriously lacking in restaurant options of any kind.
Overall, the food was just average. The restaurant is in a former Huddle House location, and the menu seems quite similar, with little change in decor or the building’s appearance aside from the name. It feels almost like it’s still a Huddle House. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was nothing special. Given that it's in Big Stone Gap, VA, I didn't expect fresh, high-quality fish, but the fish was just okay and likely frozen. Considering the prices, the quality could have been a bit better. In summary, it wasn't bad, but overall, it was just average.
