Domino's Pizza - Billerica

The food is consistently excellent, and the delivery is always punctual. Leo is incredibly friendly. Today, however, my driver Kyle forgot to bring my 2-liter Coke. I called the restaurant, and they assured me that he would return with it, but he never did. That's alright; I’m still giving five stars!

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza at 7:47 PM and arrived at the restaurant at 9:02 PM, only to find out they hadn't even started making it yet. I was one of three customers who placed orders around 7:50 PM that hadn't begun cooking. A big thanks to the kind stranger in the parking lot who generously shared one of his pizzas with us!

Awful experience. My order took one and a half hours to arrive (a large pizza with cheesy bread). My driver took nearly 40 minutes to get to my house from the store which is normally a 10 minute drive, causing my food to arrive cold. After trying tocall the store to ask if something went wrong, I was on hold for 30 minutes.

The last time I ordered from Domino's in Billerica, I had an awful experience. They gave me the wrong order, so I had to drive back to pick up cold pizzas and terrible chicken tenders. I complained about it, and the girl who claimed to be the manager offered me store credit that would be noted under my phone number. When I called back a month or two later, I was informed that there was no way to redeem my credit. I requested to speak to the manager, and to my shock, I was told that there hasn't been a manager at this location for over a year. What's going on at the Billerica Domino's? It seems like the store is on the brink of closing down, and honestly, it doesn’t even deserve that one star!

This is the third time I've ordered from this Domino's and waited an hour for my order to arrive. Each time I've called to follow up, it's been frustrating. This time, I tried multiple times to call and cancel my order. It's a waste of my time, and I'm at a loss for words on how to improve this situation!
