Domaine De Rochevilaine - Billiers

The intense journey through the Gulf of Morbihan led us to a small village of Brittany called Billiers. Between the small houses and the rustic atmosphere, the sea arose in front of us on the Breton coast. The beautiful print provided by the restaurant-hotel Domaine de Rohevilaine will always be recorded in my mind as one of the most special of the trip. The big window overlooking the blue sea I recognize that I was impressed. The food that the chef Patrice Caillaut served us was exquisite! As we were facing a special day, we decided to wager for typical food in the region and we asked for thermidor bogavante, thermidor with devil sauce and a cigala royal accompanied by creamy consomé to the cilantro... The food was outstanding!! We could accompany all this with a buttered roaster who was to suck his fingers. Make a stop on the road and enjoy the meal of the restaurant Domaine de Rochevilaine!!
