Cicis Pizza - Biloxi

This restaurant is a complete letdown! I strongly advise against dining at this Cicis. I spent $40 for my family of five, only to find just four slices of stale pizza at the counter. My kids picked the pizza, but it was old and unappetizing. So we waited... and waited... hoping they would put out something fresh, but the staff seemed entirely unbothered! When I finally asked an employee to make something, I couldn't believe it—she raised her voice and asked me what I wanted! Shouldn't there be food available since it's a buffet? It was such a waste of time and money, and the food was terrible! It felt more like eating in a preschool cafeteria than a restaurant.

My son loves CiCi 's so when we were out of town, we popped into this location. Ew. The pizza out looked dried and crusted, like it had been out for hours. There is a small selection (which would be fine) but there wasnt much pizza out! maybe a slice or two per type. i asked the girls if i could make a request and they looked at me like i was an inconvenience. Told me they only did requests when there was an open slot. i looked down and there was a slot with ONE piece on it. So one girl asked what my request would be, i told her, and she says We will get to it as soon as we can. They made the request pretty fast but ....really? There were no pasta noodles out, no soup and when i ask for a certain pizza (god forbid) i got looked at like i was the crazy one.

HIGHLY disappointed. Worst possible place to go to. I have gave it multiple chances and each time it has gotten significantly worse. No pizza, No gloves, Dirty, Negative attitudes, Foul language about other employees, literally every negative quality about a place that customers can imagine. The only reason it gets one star is because you can’t put zero. Please close this place down so we can make room for establishments that actually work

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I paid $20 and didn't receive any breadsticks or pepperoni pizza, and it took 10 minutes for someone to check us in. The pizza was cold, and they weren't making any new pizzas, even during lunchtime at 12:15 PM. I am extremely disappointed. 11/14/22

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. I might as well have just spread some sauce on a cardboard box and eaten that. There were no brownies or cinnamon rolls available either. I brought my grandkids all the way from the beach to enjoy a meal, but even they wouldn't eat it. I would do anything to get my $44 back, and now my little ones are still hungry. It's really disappointing because this is the third time I've tried giving this place a chance.
