Margaritaville - Biloxi

We were here on Friday with our daughter and grandson (8). Improved alot in New games. Tried the Cafe upstairs but was awfully dark. Food was ok not great. Shrimp grilled salad OK, but not alot of veggies just lettuce, Cuban thin mostly bread, same with catfish po'boy, grandson could have had more shrimp, dessert keylime pie OK kinda overly sweet, wings were OK but celery pathetic, water tasted slimy. could have a better atmosphere not so dark. Not much to offer. I miss the Backbay Margaritaville Casino. Food was awesome. Food here has never been very good but then this is for kids and families but families want good quality food too.

Food was typical buffet food, nothing impressive. Service was terrible. We were there eating for 15 minutes before someone got us drinks. We mainly went to see Santa and take a picture with Santa. Santa was AMAZING!! Santa was super friendly, wonderful with kids, and made the breakfast worth going to.

We stopped in to have a cheeseburger, a cocktail, and to raise a glass to the dearly departed. The food and the service were rather underwhelming.

Is this even really a Margaritaville? The entire hotel is practically a ghost town...except for the kids gaming section which is pretty much all there is to do here. This property really is a disgrace to the brand. The layout is disorganized. The staff seems half asleep. It's almost as if they are about to close up shop as it fails to resemble any other Margaritaville I've visited across the country. If you're a jimmy buffet fan, do yourself a favor and skip the Biloxi location.

Creepy. Then the bartender looked freakish. The staff and ambience were lacking. We walked.
