Bidra med feedbackI am extremely disappointed. I have always frequented this location, but after my experience yesterday, I won’t be returning. On September 12, 2021, I ordered a three-cheese nacho on the side and a chicken protein bowl. First of all, the bowl I received was not the usual one; the brown rice was overcooked and had a crunchy texture. Additionally, my daughter’s nachos never arrived. The cashier informed me that bowls no longer come with nachos, only chips on the side. I was taken aback, as I frequently order this item, and they usually include the nachos in the bowl or provide them separately. She stated that the bowl option had been discontinued, but if that’s true, why wasn’t I informed? Furthermore, there were barely any sides available to add to my bowl. I've been coming to this location for a year, and this was my first negative experience.
The situation escalated, and the manager raised her voice at me, ultimately refusing to fulfill my order. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive confirmation of my refund. While processing my refund, she made sure to comp a family that had just walked in, apologizing to them despite the fact that they hadn’t experienced any inconvenience. They had arrived while she was in the back, and her staff had promptly attended to them and worked well together in her absence. However, while she was on the floor, she continuously barked orders at her team while they were trying to serve customers. My order totaled $70, yet she couldn't offer a substitute for two items. The service was extremely poor, and the restaurant environment was filthy, with trash and food scattered on the floor. The manager even threw receipts on the floor while handling the register, and her appearance was unprofessional; her shirt was ill-fitting and revealed her backside. Despite the fact that three of my entrees were already prepared, she refused to give me my food, and her staff ended up throwing them away. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
I went inside to grab some food but left just two minutes after standing in line. I was really craving Qdoba, but it wasn't worth it given what was happening in there! The staff preparing the food were joking around and being very loud over the open food. There were no masks, no gloves, no hairnets—just a complete lack of respect for health and safety. I didn't feel comfortable spending my hard-earned money there, so I walked out from my spot in line!
Read the reviews of this location just to see if my experience was a one off but after reading many customer experiences of bad customer service, I would echo every single one. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. From the lack of greeting to the tone of voice from the staff members, everything was extremely rude. I asked for one simple request can I do half chicken and half steak. I?ve requested this at many other Qdoba locations and not once have I been told I couldn?t do this until this location. I asked Why? And the answer I received very rudely ? because we don?t do that here?. The cherry on the top was when a customer entered through the side door of this location and the lady at the register proceeded to tell her colleagues not to take the gentleman?s order because he didn?t enter in through the front door. The side door has no signage stating to enter through the front door to place an order. If you are the owner of this establishment I would be very concern. If the staff refused to take that gentleman?s order, I could only imagine how many others have been turned away because of which door they entered through. Seems very petty to me. I usually don?t leave reviews but that?s how bad my experience was. First and last time stepping foot in this establishment.
I walked in and the worker looked at me, didn?t say anything to me, turned around, and continued talking on his phone. When another coworker told him to take my order he just looked at me and didn?t say a single word until check out when he told me the price. While eating I watched another lady experience the same ?greeting?, except she wisely left the store instead of placing an order, looking at me and saying, ?Terrible.? On her way out. I agree. This was 9/19 around 4pm. I believe the workers name was Nathan.
