Arby's - Birmingham

The service was quite slow. I waited about 20 minutes to be served, even though I was fourth in line. The food was average.

The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious! We hardly had to wait at all. The lobby was clean and spacious, with tables set up to provide some privacy from other guests. Just a heads up, you are required to wear a mask until your food is served. I especially loved the jalapeño bites filled with cream cheese!

There were only two cars ahead of us, but it still took about fifteen minutes to get our order. We had to ask the girl at the window twice for Arby's sauce for our three orders. When we got home, there was none included. This has been a recurring issue, so we won't be returning.

Arbys 1/2 pound beef and Cheddar a big sandwich to feed a Hungary cuff that worked hard all day together with Curly Fries and Milk Shake

Went to the one on Chalkville rd drive thru and ordered the French dip sandwiches and chicken tenders and when we got home we were missing the French dip and the honey mustard for the chicken that we ordered. So my husband had to eat the sandwiches dry and I didn?t have anything for my chicken so not a good visit !!! And now I try to eat my chicken and it is so thin and crispy i can?t eat it
