Bidra med feedbackI recently had a terrible experience with Sharon at the drive-thru of this restaurant. She had incredibly poor customer service skills and refused to tell me her name when I asked. This is not the kind of behavior KFC should be promoting in their employees. I suggest management address this issue before it negatively impacts their business further.
My pregnant companion and I went to KFC and were greeted by James. He was very attentive, polite, and a joy to be around. He assisted a new employee at the front counter with our order, prepared our food quickly, and had it ready for us in no time. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent service and delicious food. Thank you, James!
I went to this restaurant after work on Saturday to pick up an 8-piece bucket of chicken. To my surprise, when I got home and opened the bucket, there were only 4 legs, 3 drumsticks, and 1 side breast inside. This was very disappointing as I was expecting a more even distribution of chicken pieces. I paid $18.59 for this box of chicken, which I found to be overpriced and insulting. I understand that prices have gone up due to COVID-19, but this was not acceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Finally a place that not only got my order right, but got soouu sweet and even my keks! thanks for your quality! it was a wonderful experience today!
Went through the drive through and got a three piece meal box. The chicken looked like someone started eating it. Customer service was good and the food was terrible ?
