Kfc - Birmingham

Service is terrible every time, order a number 1, please say they have to wait 10 to 20 minutes for their order, say they simply park, we will bring their food to them, then it is too hard boiled, skin on hawn is not fresh as needed to change grease there, service is no smile as they do not want to be harassed! they need a whole new people with a smile when they go into them they see them look crazy or evil without smiles, or act as if it is busy and going back, for 2 minutes, simply unfriendly.

The speaker was broken so I had to order at the window. The girl taking my order was obviously having a very bad day. Hopefully, whatever going on with her will get better. Her attitude was really bad.

My son got the 20.00 fill up and wasted my money. The food looked old and nasty. We threw it away. They dont take any pride in their food. Got chicken today and it’s still nasty and burned

I have ordered from this KFC many times, the last three times was very disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and I had my order incorrect two times. I will not be going here again.

I stopped here about 330 for a box of chicken livers for dinner. I have not stopped at this one in years and I will not stop again. Sometimes livers are cooked alittle to long but these were cooked beyond eating with a god awful taste. They knew what they were selling so I'll make my choice to not go back. I would have turned around and taken them back but I was pushed for time.
