Kfc - Birmingham

I ordered breast and wing snack. Left and opened box and chicken smells like old burnt oil. It left an odor in my vehicle. I returned it to the store and asked manager to open and smell. She got an attitude. So I asked for my money back. I started toleave and she told me that I was mistreating her.I only asked for a refund that was it. Very poor performance and excuse for aSo called Mgr. I will not visit that particular one again. Serving old chicken in burnt grease.

The staff seemed indifferent about our presence and appeared uninterested in providing good service.

We received the wrong order, and then we had to wait in line for an extended period.

The customer service I received was terrible; the chicken was overcooked and dry. To make matters worse, an employee actually told me to go home and cook instead.

The manager was loud and rude. We repeated the order twice got to the window for her to still not know what we ordered. After telling her AGAIN once we got the food She still gave us something totally different that I didn?t notice until we got home. Atthat point we didn?t even want the food anymore we just threw it away. It?s time for a new staff. This is the worst location.
