Melt - Birmingham

I was at the restaurant a few hours ago, and I had a great experience. The server was incredibly nice and attentive, although I can't seem to remember her name—I'm planning to mention her to Ashley. The food was simply wonderful! The honey peach cheese with strawberries on buttered toast was delightful; it really captured the essence of summer comfort food. I also tried the roasted Cajun chicken with coleslaw, which was very flavorful. I'm grateful to my server for the suggestion. I ordered a strawberry salad to take home; it looks great, and I'm excited to taste it later. My only major complaint was the limited parking. I had to circle a few times before finding a spot, but maybe that's just typical for Birmingham, as I'm not accustomed to it. I've attached a photo of what was left of the Cajun sandwich.

This restaurant is truly fantastic! The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the management is top-notch. The atmosphere is absolutely delightful! I can't say enough about the chicken salad; it's to die for! I've been craving it for a while. Recently, I took my staff out for lunch and decided on MELT. Wow! I don't even know where to begin. The food is exceptional once again! There’s a wide variety of sandwiches to choose from. And let me tell you, I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the deep-fried Double Stuffed Oreo – and it was incredible! All I can say is, I wish I could have just gone back for more!

I had the patty melt, and it was fantastic! The woman I was with ordered a gluten-free sandwich, which she enjoyed as well. Be sure not to miss the Mac n Egg Roll—it's a must-try!

We were expelled by a friend to this place who knew we loved great eating. we tried the strawberry salad, which we were rewarded with a great and delicious meal. it was great! we will definitely try other elements on the menu again. the photo is only helped by the salats!

I found MELT to be an excellent choice for lunch while in the Avondale part of town. We just happened upon it while doing business in the area. I had the Cuban sandwich with fries. The meal was excellent, served in a timely manner and by a friendly waitperson. I would highly recommend MELT.
