After a few minutes of waiting for the woman standing there to acknowledge me, I finally began to order. However, she informed me that they didn’t have some of the items I wanted. I waited, hoping for more assistance, and asked if they had any fish or garnishes, but she simply replied no. It was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning to this Popeyes location again.
The employees do their best to maintain a positive atmosphere, and we truly appreciate their efforts. As a community, we value this restaurant, especially since it attracts both locals and visitors. We would love to see improvements such as more security cameras, better lighting, a drive-thru menu board, a cleaner parking area, and increased support for the staff. They work hard to represent the brand well, and it’s disheartening to see how these conditions affect their morale. The restaurant has requested professional cleaning services but hasn't received them, and they’ve faced delays with food orders, training materials, and overall support from management. Big corporations often prioritize profits over customer service, but it’s important to remember that these employees are part of our community, and we stand with them. I drive across the city just to support this place, which speaks volumes about my loyalty to the dedicated employees and the situation they’re in. They deserve better from corporate management. They are not fooled by the pictures. absolutely trash! everyone in there looked sweaty and was not friendly. manager screamed, we just got sharp so they need to eat it. ghetto!
They told me to move forward and I ordered in the window. ordered a half spicy half mild 12-piece family meal, which comes with 2 large sides and cookies. I did not get any cookies, my red beans had written that they should be thrown away 2 hours before I got them. I was only getting mild, and instead of 3 upper legs and 3 breast I got 1 upper leg and 5 chest (which no one asked or told me) my other side was fries that they weren't even half full. they were also from all sauces except 3 Saucen.i would have made them correct my order, but I did not review my order until I came home, which was 35 minutes away. I should have gone the extra 5 minutes and went to the other popeyes.
It's time to shut down its 10:30 in the morning and u don't have any chicken ready yet. Every time I come yall don't have something and yall service is awful
