Bidra med feedbackI order through Door Dash, 1 six inch ham and turkey sub and it was so good! I give it 4 stars ????????! But, as you can see , it looks nothing like the commercials so full of meat, cheese and vegetables that you can?t help but see it. But, I couldn?t give you that picture because mines wasn?t fixed like that. Therefore, I open it up for you to see. Although. it looks nothing like what?s shown on television it still was very good. All the ingredients were fresh and my sandwich was hot and goooood! ???? Next, now I order 2 of the New Cheesesteak slider Sandwiches for 2.29. each. In fact they all cost that price that I purchased. I order, 1 New Ham Jack Slider, and 1 New Little Turkey Sandwich. However, the only sandwich that had cheese on it all of the 4 little sandwiches was the Ham. I selected provolone receive none, and no green peppers on my steak sandwich and the Chipotle Southwest sauce wasn?t placed on it either. But, the bread was fresh and the meat too. I like these better then Arbys little sandwich?s because there bread gets too hard too quick and I ended up having to throw them away but not Subways. Good speedy service is fine but when you don?t pay attention to what the customers orders it defeats the purpose Subway at 209 Lakeshore Pkwy, Homewood. I also had 2 white macadamia nut cookies for .79 cents a piece. Wrong Answer! They were stale and toooooooo sweet. Too must sugar). I was so disappointed. I love macadamia nut cookies but these needed to be throw far??? r?? away. I give them a rating of 1. Don?t let the picture fool you! I
Nice quick service. Was very clean. Its located in a strip mall so no drive thru but walking in was ok.. My sandwich was great!! They were very busy when I visited. It was around the lunch rush. I thought once I walked in that the wait was going to be very long. I am pleased to share with you that I was in and out of the Subway in a very timely manner.. Having said all that I will visit this location again when I'm in the area.
Not my first negative experience at this Subway, but tonight will be my last. I placed a mobile order at 8PM and received a call 15 minutes later asking if I was ?coming or not?. Confused about the urgency, since they don?t close until 9, I said yes, that I was on my way would be there by 8:25. My husband went in to pick up our order where an employee rudely said ?We?ve been waiting on you, we?re closed.? According to their app, Google the sign outside, they are open until 9, which my husband mentioned. The employee said ?We are, but everything around us is closed, so we?re closing early.? That?s fine well, but how in the world would we be aware of that when placing our order? Terrible customer service attitudes every time will not be returning.
Food is fresh, service is friendly and fast. The place is always very clean. They are the nicest and pretty much know our order when we walk in the door. ????
I did have a 5* review until this evening. At 8:33 I walked up and the door was locked. The employee came out from the back of the shop and shook her head no to indicate they were closed. Both Subway and Dollar General were playing games this evening at 8:33-8:48..
