I loved it. I had the new number 8 which was amazing. Very clean restaurant, friendly staff, and food was amazing.

I frequently visit Subway, and this location is by far the best I've ever been to. The two gentlemen who usually work there deserve Employee of the Year awards every single year. They are the friendliest and most outstanding food service workers I've ever come across, and they consistently make the perfect sub. It's truly the highlight of my week when I go in, see them, and enjoy my spicy Italian footlong.

The food is fresh, the service is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is always spotless. The staff is incredibly nice and they usually remember our order as soon as we walk in.

This isn't my first negative experience at this Subway, but it will definitely be my last. I placed a mobile order at 8 PM and received a call 15 minutes later asking if I was “coming or not.” I was confused by their sense of urgency since they don’t close until 9 PM. I assured them I was on my way and would arrive by 8:25. When my husband went in to pick up our order, an employee rudely stated, “We’ve been waiting on you; we’re closed.” According to their app and the sign outside, they are supposed to be open until 9, which my husband pointed out. The employee replied, “We are, but everything around us is closed, so we’re closing early.” While I understand that, how were we supposed to know that when we placed our order? The poor customer service attitude I’ve encountered repeatedly means I won’t be returning.
