Taco Bell - Birmingham

This place has ruined our order by forgetting drinks, raw, etc. and giving us cold food that had nothing in it. my 2 cripples were less than half a inch thick each, and when we demanded a refund they did not answer. I wouldn't recommend getting food from here.

THE food wasn't good At ALL! Service was Awful! Walked to the counter to order and then I was asked to order at the kiosk ?!?!? AND there was a front line worker he had to go smoke a cigarette! I smoke but Not While WORKING! RUDE!!!!! WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE OR TACO BELL FOR AWHILE!Parking: WAS awful ppl Park How they want to!! AND I need handicap parking and a worker was parked in the handicap parking and other PPL!!!!

The app and hours on the building say they close at 1am. I pull up at 1230 for them to tell me they are closed. Lazy people costing the owner money. I was ordering for 6 people

They have great team work I just left there, and I think they was amazing they didn’t take long on the food and it’s a 10/10

The order was accurate and made well, but it's not the food that completely sinks this rating. The men's restroom was gross, even by this outdoor enthusiast's standards, with a dirty toilet seat and zero soap in the dispenser. The fountain drink dispenser was setup by somebody that didn't care or thought it would be a great joke to route everything to the wrong drink. The one I wanted was only connected to carbonated water. All the others were connected to something other than the label.My kids and I were just looking for lunch, a bathroom break, and some drinks for the road passing through their fine state. We won't ever make this mistake again! Even the locals deserve better than this!
