The server never returned to our table to take our orders during lunchtime. I had to find a coworker to ask if our server would be coming to assist us.

Despite our server's sweet and apologetic demeanor, she struggled to manage several large tables at once. Our interactions with her were delayed and infrequent. During our first visit, we were moved to a table near the loudspeakers. On the second visit, we placed our drink and food orders right away. Finally, as we requested our check, the manager stepped in to help deliver our meals. The menu offered very few options, but my salad and the chili were both substantial and flavorful.

The waitress was indifferent, and the management seemed unconcerned and unfriendly. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there was no stress to explain the poor service. I enjoyed my meal, but the other guests were not satisfied with theirs.

It is the western restaurant so that the prices are high. I was impressed by how good it was to eat at the breakfast buffet. service was okay, eating from the menu ordered a because lasted and I felt as if our server were standoffic.

It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. The food was just embarrassing. It looked good eating it left me with a frustration that I can't put into words. My beers were served in plastic cups and the bill was roughly $90 for two people. I'll never be back.
