Bidra med feedbackWe arrived to find the restaurant closed, and we received no prior notification from either you or the restaurant about this change. This is very disappointing. When we voiced our concerns to the restaurant, they offered us a 20% discount and free soft drinks for our next visit. Honestly, we've received better offers from places we haven't had any issues with!
Upon entering, we informed the staff that we had a reservation, but they appeared disinterested and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt unwelcoming. I also noticed that there were packs of canned drinks stacked to one side, as if they hadn't made any effort to tidy up. At that moment, we decided not to stay and opted to go to a different restaurant instead.
Made an online booking through OpenTable which was confirmed by the restaurant (lunchtime on Sat 27 Nov) only to arrive to find that the restaurant was closed- on a Saturday?! No note in the window to explain why and no contact from the restaurant.
The welcome we received upon entering the restaurant was not very warm. We were disappointed to find that the milkshake machine was out of order, especially since that was one of the reasons we chose this burger restaurant. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
We arrived only to discover that the restaurant was closed, which had not been communicated in any way by them or the restaurant. This is very poor practice. When we voiced our concerns, we were offered a 20% discount and non-alcoholic drinks for our next visit. Honestly, we've received better compensation from places where we had no reason to complain!
