Bidra med feedbackUpon our arrival, we were greeted by a manager wearing glasses. He seemed alright and informed us that we would need to wait for a table. I asked if we could take the one in the corner, and he agreed but wanted to clarify the situation. We had a reservation for 8 o'clock, and it was already 8, yet we were still standing around while the table was clearly empty. I mentioned that we could sit down, but he told us to wait a bit longer. So, I reiterated that we were ready to sit.
Everything was perfect—no issues at all. The first-class service made sure our table was ready, and the food was served hot and delicious.
Frankie benny is just fine. it is a decent chain of restaurants that quite in tune with what they serve. It's not great, but it's pretty decent. we were well served and had a pleasant experience.
The restaurant was good, but when we arrived after booking through OpenTable, they had no record of our reservation, despite my having an email confirmation.
I turned to my husband, frustrated, as it was now approaching 8:05. He glanced at me and said it was only 8:01. I insisted it was 8:05 according to my watch, but he leaned toward the register and insisted it was 8:01, displaying a rather sarcastic attitude. I don't expect this level of rudeness from restaurant staff. When he finally came to seat us, he asked how many children's menus we needed, despite our reservation clearly being for five adults. This only added to my discomfort, and even my daughter noticed how sarcastic he was. I believe he needs training in customer service. I felt like taking my family and leaving, but I didn't want to ruin their outing. This whole experience has made me reluctant to return, which is disappointing since we've been dining there at least three times a month for several years.
