Paprika - Birmingham

After 2 weeks in celalaya before I didn't think paprika lounge would be a patch on our experience. I could be wrong. we could take our own drinks that were just a victor. the food was definitely superior to its over street counterpart and the price was very reasonable. we had a series of directed between 9 people and there were no complains of each. I had the jalfrazi and it was cooked to perfection. I would not hesitate to go back with a small or large group. very impressed!

Nice and friendly restaurant,,BUT THE food was AMAZING, the Meat really tender including the lamb,, the food was tasty and hot, nann bread was so light ,but filling and the cost was brilliant, had 2 starters 2 meals rice and 2 nanns ,under £35 ,we had a similar Meal in stirchley ,that cost £51, and it wasn't as nice as this We Had tonight , as Arnie would say we'll be BACK ,MANY THANKS

Had a great meal here tonight. The service is very attentive without being intrusive. Been several times before but this is my new favourite curry house

Very enjoyable meal at Paprika with relatives who were visiting from Ireland. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, in fact it was a more enjoyable experience than my recent visit to a certain five star restaurant in Birmingham city centre that had a visit fromTom Cruise! Would definitely recommend Paprika any day. Many thanks to all the staff.

Had a meal in this evening with family , the food was OK ,we had something different than normal ,which I found sweeter than the one I normally have. My sis ordered a takeaway for her son which when he tasted it he said couldn't eat it as it was so sweet and syrupy it wasn't pleasant, sis phoned to say it was not good , she ended up getting an exchange which was as bad as the first one , she went to the restaurant to collect and was told he can't make her happy , refund her told her to get out as she always complains. Very untrue I go often with her and we always compliment on the meal never complain ,I don't know why he was so rude. Its unbelievable you shouldn't have to accept a meal which is not to standard, and certainly shouldn't get a ban for returning a meal. On principle I will not go back , and hindsight there is an air of arrogance with some staff Ps there must be a new chef on as everything was sweeter.
