Room no windows like having lunch in a eating room no atmosphere at all good was good , service was good not a nice place to eat looking at blue walks

We had a lovely afternoon with excellent service . The food was excellent and we needed to take some away as so filling . We will return and I will recommend . Thanks

Menu was so promising, but the service really let down the whole evening. We are in the bar, which had a nice atmosphere. We were only a table of 4, but 2 of the starters came out wrong (had to be sent back). Lack of attention to detail. Even things like glasses etc being cleared from the table wasn’t happening , so we had to do it ourselves. Disappointing and the staff didn’t seem particularly happy, didn’t see any of them smile. Mains came out in good time, but portions were quite small. Everything tasted nice, including the starters when they were re-done but I can’t see past the service, so won’t be returning, sorry.

I went with my two grandaughters aged 17 and 13. When i booked the table the afternoon tea was £15.95. The price had changed within one week of booking online to £20.00 which was very expensive for what you get. Glass of lemonade was £3.00 again overpriced. Total cost for 3 afternoon teas and 2 glasses of Lemonade £66.00.
