Nightquarter - BIRTINYA

We made a reservation and when we arrived, we were instructed to scan our tickets. I mentioned that I had a booking, and they told me our name would be on a table for us to find. However, we couldn’t locate the table. I went back to the staff, and after scanning my tickets again, they directed me to speak with the manager. Eventually, I found her, and she took me to another staff member who then led us to a table that wasn’t ours. As soon as I realized it was the wrong table, the staff member disappeared. Thankfully, we had a friend seated at another table, so we joined them. Overall, I was disappointed that there wasn’t a table reserved for us.

I couldn't find our table I had booked. no one seemed to know how to find it short to foot and under peoples dinner at every table. If I found a sign with my name, on which it stuck on the table among someone eating, then I should ask the group to sit there to move! that was not! time wasted.

This place has great potential, but our experience didn't quite meet expectations. The gin high tea offered "signature gin cocktails," but all we received were local gin brands paired with supermarket tonic. The food was also a letdown; we were served a large platter of dry scones and muffins, though the sandwiches were decent since they appeared to be freshly made. This experience would vastly improve with smaller portions of higher quality food rather than an emphasis on quantity. Additionally, when we arrived, we had to inquire with three different staff members about our reservation, and no one seemed to have a clear answer. Better communication or a clear sign outside the venue with directions for various events would greatly enhance the experience.

The steamed local seafood fruits of the fishmonger was different and delicious; loved that it did not involve any batter or broth crumbs, but served with mais on the cob, chorizo, steamed baby carrots and fresh crust bread. drenching rain came in suddenly and our firm became fast suppe, but nightquarter staff came to our rettung and transported our table to a protected place. the music was great to a very talented muschin.

Many food stall vendors were not open. Another event on at same venue which made it very loud.
