When we come to Bisbee, Arizona, we always stop at Thuy’s for her pho. Thuy often greets customers as they arrive and often continues the conversation while preparing your meal. Located in old Town Bisbee, this lil' gem is the perfect spot for that full-o-flavor bite to eat. Outdoor shaded seating is perfect on warmer days. The coconut drink is chilled and sooooo refreshing.... we ordered three. The fresh and fried rolls were delicious. The waitress was very polite and attentive. We will be back. Absolutely delicious and i tried some of their vegan spring rolls(as a nonvegan) and it was spectacular.

It's our first time here in Bisbee and we are so glad we found this restaurant! The fresh young coconut water, chicken curry, and beef pho were all delicious! We felt re-energized after eating the food. The servers were very patient with us. The owner came out several times to introduce the menu to us and check on us about our experience. I also love the beautiful tall trees in the outdoor patio seating area. Five stars all around!!! Food: 5
