Wonderful food, served outside under the archway. The very friendly staff spoke little English but brought us an array of wonderful food. The potato dauphinois with fish was a particular highlight, as was the seafood risotto. Very affordable and well work a visit!

Excellent local food, especially appetizers, it is necessary to try the sea food, the small osteria in center of town works old but the dishes are excellent, normal prices and good wine

Many tasty antipasti, first plate and second plate menu with strong table wine. All of the seafood served was fresh and sweet. We also tried Sponzali arrostiti it’s something like leeks wrapped with a cut of pork similar to bacon. It’s something you’d ask to repeat! Homemade desserts and digestive liqueurs. Call to book your table early as there aren’t many tables. Price ranges a bit depending on your set menu but expect it to be about 30€/person more or less. It’s located in the city center in the gorgeous old part of the city.

When locals tell you, that they eat Sunday lunch at Braceria Biscegliese ,than you know you are at the right place. Owner recommended us local dishes. We followed him and have a really nice and tasty experience. Starting with local antipasti such as Bacalar potatoes (personal best dish) , octopus in tomato souse, parmiggiana, polpeti di mare etc.. I must recommend frittura mista and plenty of home made suits for desert. We have decided to eat mainly sea food, even though their meat dishes looked very good as well. Restaurant is managed by a very pleasant family who is fully dedicated to their guests..when they recommend local red wine to accompany your dish, do not hesitate and go for it.. Strongly recommend.

Thank you to Pietro from our Agriturismo Posta Santa Croce who recommended this local restaurant in Bisceglie and booked us in for dinner. We arrived at 8 of course and place empty, but by 10 fully booked. Great atmosphere and only locals enjoying a Saturday night dinner. Walked in the door and immediately made very welcome realising we were from Australia. They helped our Italian translation and food selection. just bought out dish after dish local anti pasta. Local octopus, stuffed mussels, small bruschetta roll wraps, eggplant parmigiana etc. Endless small fantastic dishes. Premi we selected seafood pasta. Huge! Professional staff who really knew their food and service. So very generous we could not manage secondi so went straight to desert. Or shared one between two. So light and tasty a profiteroles type desert. Complimentary lemonchello. Thank you and certainly recommend to visiting travellers. Excellent value at 50 E for two. We enjoyed local house Bianco wine as well.
