Everything about Hing's Donuts is superb! First and foremost the owner is the most consistently professional, compassionate and caring person, I have ever met in a small food place of business! They truly care about, and 100% cater to their customer's needand wants! Not only that, but the donuts, croissant's and just everything, is so fresh and great tasting. Never ever dry, old,or greasy like many other places we have tried. If My Pop's knows I'm going to Bishop he gets me to ALWAYS bring back not justone, but 2 or more dozen of Hing's delicious items. We rate them 10 stars! The Best In The West is HING'S DONUT'S!!!

This place is the bomb! The donuts and pastries are all excellent and made fresh daily. He also offers a breakfast menu which include a croissant with egg in your pick of sausage ,bacon ,cheese and pepperoni they are very good. Fresh coffee, orange juiceapple juice and milk. Hing?s Open at 5 o?clock in the morning. I?m working here at the Bishop airport, I?m from out of town andstaying in a hotel and I?ve been by here three mornings just to get their breakfast fill it?s really good.

They also have a breakfast menu featuring a croissant filled with egg, sausage, bacon, cheese, and pepperoni, which is delicious. They serve fresh coffee, orange juice, apple juice, and milk. They open at 5 a.m., which is perfect for early risers. I work at Bishop Airport and was staying in a hotel out of town, so I visited three mornings in a row just to enjoy their amazing breakfast. Highly recommend!

If you escape the tourist trap of Shat's Bakery with a freshly squeezed orange juice in hand, you'll discover this hidden gem next to Starbucks just a few blocks away. The ham and cheese croissants are a delight, surpassing the European treats you might find elsewhere. They also offer a variety of donuts that are quite good. However, the highlight is their large, filled, square croissant—absolutely delicious!

You have the best donuts I've ever tasted! They are a must-try. Kim and Hing are amazing people!
