I love Power Plate Meals!!The food is alway amazing, and it’s very easy and convenient to get meals. They have in-store shopping, in-store pick up, online shopping, delivery and meal subscriptions.There’s always something different to chose from, as their menu changes every 2 weeks, and I never get bored with the food options.I really enjoy that they put the nutrition info and ingredients directly on the container, as well as the calories macros, and I enjoy that the lid is see through and you’re able to see exactly what you’re getting!Vegetarian options: There’s a vegetarian option (plant based) on their menu every week!Kid-friendliness: A lot of meal options available that kids would enjoy like Mac Cheese, French toast, and burrito bowls. Kid friendly snacks drinks available too!Parking: Large parking lot, store front parking and ramps.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking in front of the store.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free, dairy free, vegan vegetarian options. They also do lower sodium lower carb options as well.

I've been dining at Power Plate Meals for the past two years, and I love that there's always something new to try and something delicious to enjoy! I've successfully lost 80 pounds during this time, and while I find it easy to maintain my exercise routine, I struggled with meal planning. Discovering Power Plate Meals has been incredibly helpful in managing my meal prep; it has genuinely alleviated a lot of stress for me. I appreciate the extensive variety of meals they provide, along with their rotating menus, because, like many others, I can't eat the same thing every day—it's nice to have some variety! It's so refreshing to grab a meal knowing it's going to taste fantastic, keep me full and satisfied, and relieve me of the hours I'd typically spend figuring out what I can or can't eat, as they conveniently list the calories and macros right on the packaging. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place!

This is a fantastic establishment! The store is clean and has a modern vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is not only delicious but also healthy.

1st time eating PPM foods. It was great! I was impressed. Can't wait to eat the PPM cookies tonight for supper.
