Wiang Thai - Bismarck

The first time in bismarck on the way to montana. eating is delicious! steamed dumplings were the best. looks like a new facility. hopefully the common of bismarck discovers this jewel quickly.

We ordered several dishes to share, and they arrived in a timely manner with impressive presentation. The portions were generous and well-proportioned. We started with two appetizers: regular spring rolls and fried spring rolls. For our main courses, we had a noodle dish, pad Thai, alongside a rice dish called drunk chicken, and a yellow curry. Everything was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. The dipping sauces for the spring rolls were zesty, striking a perfect balance between sweet and spicy. Overall, I would definitely dine here again.

We were truly impressed! While we know that many Thai dishes have been adapted for American tastes, we confidently declared that these were authentic, especially the northern and southern Thai dishes we tried. Both were exceptional. We usually remember to take photos, but we completely forgot until after we had finished eating. It was absolutely fantastic!

The service was excellent, and the Thai food was delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic, and everything is very clean. My friends and I absolutely love coming here!

The food and service was amazing my fiance ordered a dish at heat level 2 and it was to much heat haha He said it was amazing flavor the heat was just to much so be aware on your level of heat. I ordered spring rolls and dumpling so so so good!!
