Burger King Bitburg

The burgers taste particularly good in this Burger King. The food is always hot and freshly prepared and the staff always has the best mood when I'm there. A very pleasant ambience.

Today (7.6.2023 vs. 7 p.m.) it was just terrifying to see how the employee at the “Drive In Switch” had no desire for her job. First of all, during the order at the switch, without saying anything, she was suddenly busy with what else and I had to repeat my order several times (which was not bad for me until then). When I picked up my order, it was energized in my hand and it was simply turned around without saying that the order is complete, so I just stopped and looked after myself. When I asked for salt nicely, I was unfriendly by the lady said that the salt would be sold out and she forgot to order it. I was amazed that I found a full bowl with salt packets. Then I took 2 and at the counter a bad look was thrown at me. When I saw it again in the car, the lady came after me hysterically and asked me to drive away my car in a very respectless tone, because I was standing right in front of the parking lot and I blocked it. 20 free parking spaces. When I refused to drive away there (because I was really out of me, then the alleged boss of the shop came out (stv manager??) and threatened me with the police if I didn't immediately free the 3 parking spaces. I was there at most 10 min, where I would certainly have been away quickly if I hadn't been treated so disrespectful and unfriendly.

Unfortunately, the ordered Onion Rings were cold and of rubbery consistency, the taste leaned to the appearance. No recommendation today, I can't say anything about the ambience, as I would have to describe the homey ambience of my own car. So, guys, give you a little more effort, then we'll work it out.

It's been a long time. Two Long Chicken ordered in the Drive In. Both cold, Majo drinks at all sides, cheese is cold smeared on it, absolutely disgusting and absolutely overpriced!

How to renew the outside area in summer operation. The staff is used to be slow and unfriendly. The burgers are OK. But this is not recommended for a short lunch break.
