My wife and I learned the hard way with the Bridge church pastors, youth pastors, and another family close to church leadership that just because people are in your circle doesn't mean they are in your corner. After nearly a decade of involvement, spanning before we even adopted an older sibling group from DHS, we highly regret reaching out to the Bridge church for help with our teenagers because of detrimental results.
