Sonic Drive-in - Bixby

I don't know where the incompetence comes from. Whenever I order my food and I tell them that I wanna number one with everything on it. Mustard in ketchup and I get home. And all I have is a hamburger with 2 pieces of bread and mustard and catch up on it. What happened to understanding what? People are saying whenever I say. I want a number one with everything but mustard. And ketchup instead of mayonnaise, where the hell does that say? I don't want lettuce or pickles. Or onions? The incompetence at this place worries me. Set other fast food restaurants are hiring the same incompetence.

Tried to get a flavor addition to my drink after placing an in app order because there wasn 't an option and was promptly and rudely interrupted and refused the request. I was happy to have paid the extra .30, but they didn 't want to listen. I asked the car hop when she brought me my order and explained that I would have happily paid for it, but she walked off and said have a nice day in a bye Felicia fashion. ABSOLUTELY rude customer service!!!!! They woke up and chose violence today!!!!

This place sucks. I 'm guessing his name is Luis 10072? That 's what 's on the ticket. Anyways, between him yelling that he can 't hear (understandable), and me yelling my order this guy would immediately tell me the total and to pull around after one combo. I had 3 combos... And at the window when he was fixing my order this guy was still rushing me and rolling his eyes. Make that dude a cook. His people skills are absolute trash. Even if he could hear me his attitude is pretty intense.

Staff was very rude. Definitely won't be going here anymore.
