Kung Fu Tea - Blacksburg

Gave this place a second chance after having bad service the first time, but these people just have really bad customer service. Spent more than $50 and after getting our food asked for a little sauce and all three people at the counter asked each other and told me it's 5 cents to get extra sauce. Really cheap but is it worth it to inconvenience the customer for that amount since we paid with cc. After trying to find cash, stood and waited but was ignored. Finally gave up and just ate the food without the sauce. Pretty much done and getting ready to leave and the lady gave us a small container of sauce and said we can have it for free. The only nice person at this place was the 10 year old girl working the register and helping good that she's helping but I'm sure it's not legal). The Boba smoothies were good but terrible customer service :

The Thai tea boba that I got was excellent as was the customer service. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Christiansburg.
