Bidra med feedbackI did it for brunch. have the cinnamon French toast that was delicious! others with me mentioned a bland omelette and bland breakfast potatoes, so there is. I tried a few pommes of my father he got, and they were as delicious as my French toast. I look forward to the return flight!
My friend ordered a medium-sized rare steak, the whole steak was completely cooked by except the end.. Now they tell me when they go to eat this. I brought this to our server michele attention and she argued with me how this is how the steak should be and she would eat that. I have been working eating and customer service for years. Not even was a manager who was brought to us, and she just argued and lifted her vote with us all the time when we drew attention to it. we will not return.
Pros: looked clean. Had pumpkin pancakes with my son 4 year old). We both loved them. The syrup was a nice touch. Usual dinner large morning sausage, and bacon. The waiter was quick , polite, and professional. Was around 12:30. Not busy. Staffed well.Cons: was a pretty good visit, but there were a few minor things. They up charge for the pumpkin flavoring $1.99 for each dish. So didn't care for that. The parking lot was littered with dead bugs, kind of trashy looking. The parking lot is awkward shape, so be careful of people coming in quickly. Music was slightly high, but I would rather that than bunch of TVs.All and all , typical diner. And I would go again if on area.I'm Beef and that's where I was.
Things be lit at the Whit. As you can see I was treated to a succulent and decadent cheesesteak meal, with all kinds of meat, peppers, and onions poppin' outta dat bad boy like a 3D cheesesteak blockbuster movie, which I washed down with a sweet steamy cup of green tea. The staff was friendly and it never gets too crowded. I'll be back for more succulenticity soon.
We put two breakfast plates to go. I was very thorough in ordering with the owner jeanie. my friend and I had them on the phone and kept explaining what we want. they repeated it wrong and we corrected it. I wanted to pick up the order, back home, where I had a complete order. a plate was not there and the other plate was missing the breakfast sausage. I called her to explain, jeanie was very rude and I didn't care that the order was wrong. I explained that I lived 15 minutes away and we are not able to eat that. she could give it back so we can eat our breakfast together. she refused. her ton was very nasty. I told her that she didn't worry about me going to make it again, I would come for a refund, she hung on me. we drove back to the whitman diner, which is 15 minutes away to see jeanie. I asked her how could I eat that was 1) wronged 2) now cold and 3) missing items I paid. she answered in a very evil tone: “We give no money back.” She looked at us with a very acidic face and as if we were among her. I explained to her that we often cared for her restaurant with doctors and employees, she said that she didn't care and then began to ignore us as if we weren't even standing there. it was a few $24 order. it's not about the money that's about the director. as a professional work in the customer service industry they should always take responsibility for their mistakes and treat people alike! she said in a snoring ton that she was the manager and the owner and there was no one about her we could talk to. I was very upset about how I was treated and I honestly discriminated.
