Fantastic. Worth the trip. Everything is good. Love the brisket and tend to go back to it often. They Cater too, and we had them supply for a company lunch that was fantastic. Very generous food supply and we had lots left over.

Hockey family finds Great BBQ. We were from Chicago for a hockey tournament at Schwan's Super Rink and were looking for a place other than Chili's. Fortunately, we came across this place. The maize bread is amazing! I had the Brisket Caesar salad and the meat was so moist. My husband had the ham and the Swiss and he loved him. My son had a Caesar salad with smoked chicken. Yum! The owners gave us patterns of the pages because I couldn't decide what I wanted. Everything was great! The sweet potatoes had seasoned a cinnamon sugar. You don't have to get out of the way to eat here. It is only 5 minutes from the Rink and it is worth it! I never post a restaurant review so you know it's so good.

I finally found a wonderful spot! We just moved to Blaine, and I stumbled upon Dixie Bros BBQ. I had almost lost hope for BBQ in the Twin Cities after trying all the places. But let me tell you, the brisket sandwich here was the best I've had north of Kansas City. I was genuinely impressed!

Best BBQ in Blaine. I wouldn 't say it 's the best in MN but its nice and local. The baby backs had a nice smoke to it. Sauce is good but isn 't award winning. The meat was a bit tough on the dry rubs but the meat on the wet is good. It 's not fall off the bone or fork off but still finger licking good. The chicken was nicely cooked but over seasoned. I would recommend this place to friends but not claim its the best BBQ in MN. p.s. the sweet potato fries were good.

Best damn barbeque in the twin cities and makes local BBQ chains look bad and service is top notch
