Jack In The Box - Blaine

I showed up at 11:59pm after Many stops at other drive thru places that should have been open. This gentleman took my order and was very nice! Apparently this location closes at midnight, so I was cutting it close…. He was patient and took my order. THAT is customer service! (Wish I got his name, but I knew he was ready to close shop.

Not only was there a long wait to get my food that was ordered ahead of time, but the order was wrong and I was overcharged by a couple of dollars. Granted, I went during the lunch rush but customers should not be left waiting to be helped for 5+ minutes. This store seems to run out of items frequently and has major issues with getting orders out quickly and correctly. I was going there 3 or 4 times a week for lunch but after repeated disappointments, I will no longer be buying my lunch there.

Would be nice if your app worked! I've tried many times but won't work when I try to order through it

Every time I go I order bacon on my burgers and never get the bacon

The drive through took a VERY long time but the guy working was so awesome and friendly!
