Amazing people nice cashiers food was great overall great place for a quick a tasty

On November 9th 2023, 21:15 pm, I was extremely disappointed by the service of the employees working at the moment. They did not deliver a proper customer service. When we asked for a simple question, we were refused right away with no explanation, besides “this may not be done”. To precise, we asked the employee if we could have a plate with both shawarma kefta, even if we had to pay extra, we just really wanted to have ONE plate with BOTH meats. The employee then refused and said it’s either one or the other we can’t to both. We then took a regular mixte plate, but still wanted to understand the logic. We asked them politely “is it because you cannot to that or is it because you didn’t want to honestly” and he said he never couldn’t, it just doesn’t “fit” in the plate, and doesn’t have a price for that. BUT THEN, I asked “so you don’t have a price for “extra meat” he said yes. SO CLEARLY, we could’ve taken a kefta plate with extra shawarma, as simple as that but the employee didn’t even bother and just pretended that he couldn’t make it probably because kefta takes longer to prepare. Unfortunately, because of this experience i will not step foot in the amir blainville again, i suggest you don’t either.

I love amir blainville this amir in particular is the best the meat and the kitchen are so good i eat there every week as a Lebanese the food is even better than the food in lebanon i love amor blainville and the employees are so nice and generous in the portion and they are so kind thank u for this amazing

This Amir never disappoints!!!! Food was delicious and fresh and the restaurant (including the bathrooms! was so clean. Momo made our sandwich and I already can’t wait for the next one :
