After I came home from the doctor in cincinnati, I had to eat and drink and it was at 3:30 4:30.and went through the drive thru and it took forever to get our food. the two girls in the window were rude. I had ordered a 2 and a 3 and I ordered garlic parmesan pommes and asked if they would put extra sose on the pommes. I asked about our drink and she said they had regular and big. at the order we were not given this option and each gold star we ate with them always offered great drinks. we didn't get our hits either. I will not be back in this restaurant my man and I make it a tradition to go once a month to gold star, but this one I never had, and we were very disappointed by our service.
