However, I must also address some significant issues. The selection of menu items was very limited, and several food items and desserts were already sold out by 8 PM. The service from the waitstaff was lacking; for instance, one waitress even rested her knee on the chair while clearing the table. Additionally, the waitstaff's uniforms were unprofessional—worn sneakers with no laces and thin jeans do not meet acceptable standards. The restaurant was not clean; the carpets were dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. One of the chandelier lights was broken, and the glass panels were missing, leaving only the poor remnants on the walls. We also had to use salad plates for our main courses, as there were no proper dinner plates available, and our request for more plates went unanswered. This restaurant used to be a chic establishment with excellent food, a wide variety of dishes, and great service. If these issues are not addressed, I fear there won’t be many customers left soon.

The experience was underwhelming. The selection wasn't impressive, though the food was decent. Service left something to be desired. Customers are only allowed two glasses of soda from the fountain, which they have to request from their waitress. I'm not sure why they even have a soda fountain if that's the case. I also heard that they accept MVG cards here, but while my card was taken, it wasn't officially processed.

I was very disappointed with our experience, especially since we had made a reservation for New Year’s Day to celebrate. The waitress was quite unfriendly and seemed to treat us as if she was doing us a favor by being there. The buffet was mediocre at best compared to our previous visits. The chicken was dry and tough, making it completely inedible. The curry ran out after just the first seven people served, and we were told that more would need to be prepared. The stir-fry consisted only of vegetables because they had run out of noodles, and fresh noodles would need to be made. The strawberry yogurt with fruit salad was also disappointing. Overall, it felt like a waste of money, and I won’t be returning. It’s hard to accept paying for 20 people for such poor service and food.
