Cold Stone Creamery - Bloomfield Hills

I went out for ice cream with some friends the other day, and it was my first time at Cold Stone. I have to say, I’m a big fan of this place! The employee who served us had a bit of an attitude but was also quite friendly. I tried the coffee-flavored ice cream, and it was amazing, as usual. We were able to get in and out quickly, which was a nice bonus since the restaurant was pretty busy when we left. Overall, it was a great experience!

My son and I came here to visit family during my vacation. We ordered two milkshakes, and they were absolutely delicious!

We ordered a cake, but the staff member didn’t know what it looked like. To cut a long story short, he ended up giving us the wrong cake. It was also a birthday cake, and the person it was meant for was not pleased at all.

I told her three times that the cap is not properly closed and she always said I will fix it. what happened. it is unrespectful service
