Jameson's Charhouse Bloomingdale

The food was good, but the service was a bit slow. We had to wait about an hour, probably because the restaurant was busy, and our server seemed overwhelmed.

Server was very pleasant but I think she had too many tables to take care of. Service was a little slow but they were very busy at 6:30. We had reservations and had to wait about 20 minutes for our table. Overall, the food was delicious.

Many years of great food and service. Must have been an off night.

Clam chowder soup was tasteless. Halibut was dry. Rest of meal was very tasty. Large portions so had leftovers.

We typically have a great experience here but this night was way off. Four for dinner and meals came out wrong or were just bad. BBQ bacon cheddar burger came out as the blue cheese burger, blackened chicken was dry and the steak sandwich had so much gristle it was awful. Once the burger was corrected it was cold and overcooked as if it was sitting for some time so it wasn’t a fresh meal. There was one dinner order which comes with soup and salad, the salad was completely missed skipped when the entrees arrived. There was an annoying gnat that wouldn’t leave the area so the section we were seated in didn’t feel ‘clean’. Service could have been better which would have helped us to chalk all this up to an off night but there didn’t seem to be any concern. I don’t think we’ll be back.
